This deep blue 2022 BMW M3 arrived straight from the dealership this week. First, at our XPEL install shop, we wrapped the BMW M3’s frontend, rocker panels, and luggage strip with ULTIMATE PLUS self-healing PPF. Next, we applied FUSION PLUS ceramic coating to the BMW’s paint, wheels, brake calipers, and glass. Lastly, the BMW M3’s rear and side glass received PRIME XR PLUS window tint, which blocks up to 99% of harmful UV rays.
BMW introduced all-wheel drive for the 2022 M3, a first in its production history. This new drive system features a “2WD” mode for desirable sideways performance. In addition, buyers can opt for a standard rear-wheel-drive variant. It is powered by a turbocharged 3.0-liter straight six producing 473-hp. Moreover, the standard M3 is only offered with a six-speed manual transmission. But if you want the higher-spec M3 Competition, that is only available with an eight-speed automatic. However, the Competition provides 503-hp and 479 lb.-ft of torque.
