The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 is a limited production model with only 250 examples built that year. It is also a special edition meant to pay tribute to Lamborghini’s famed test driver, Valentino Balboni. The car features a 5.2-liter V10 producing 542-hp. Variants of the Gallardo LP 550-2 offered buyers the choice of rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. Lamborghini also offered this model with a standard six-speed manual or seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
